Returns & Exchanges
We want you to purchase with confidence!
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we will exchange or accept returns of any unworn and saleable merchandise - for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Purchase starting November 15 are subject to exchange privileges thru December 31st
- Returned merchandise must be in new unworn, undamaged, saleable condition, with original tags, labels and packaging
- We will honor requests for price adjustment if your purchase was at regular price, then the same item style and color is reduced within 30 days of purchase.
- Special orders for altered items or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
- We reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. We will document if rarely contested
- A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each one authorized and received return.
- Items identified as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift With Purchase and Packaging: If your order includes gift with purchase, garment bag and / or special hanger or packaging, please include such when returning any item; credit will be issued promptly when received accompanying purchase.
Please allow 10 to 14 days to process your shipped and received return.
Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or resized cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. If the item/s are damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging, the item/s may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Fraud alert: Return privileges are accorded to our valued customers. We report any fraud attempt, including fraudulent or erroneous substitution attempt, if hangtag removed and affixed to same or other items, any irregularity outside of a legitimate authorized return for refund.
To initiate an exchange or return:
- Click here to access the exchanges and returns portal, or via the “Submit a Return or Exchange” link in our footer.
- To submit an exchange or return enter your order number and either your shipping address ZIP code or the email address used to place your order.
- Select from one of the return or exchange options
- Once approved, a pre-printed merchandise Return Label will be issued in our portal. Place the pre-printed FedEx shipping label on the outside of your package.
- Returns and exchanges must include the original packing slip and ship in the original packaging

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Returns will only be processed once the item has been received and may take up to 5-10 business days to be reflected by your banking institution. Please note the original shipping charges at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
